Thought Leader Forum

Thought Leader Forum is focused on accelerating the development of leaders by providing regular opportunities to gain business and leadership perspectives as well as shared experiences from an external viewpoint. The purpose of the program is to provide additional development enterprise wide to all leaders at Allstate no matter where you sit. Thought Leader Forum is partnering with the African American Working Network (AAWN) ERG to celebrate Black History Month. AAWN is proud to host Black History Month on behalf of all Allstaters, and the theme is Celebrating Black History Makers: Me, We, Allstate!

2022 is the year we can all make a difference in creating and celebrating equity inside Allstate and in our communities.  Black History Month is the perfect time to highlight what we can all do whether its applauding Allstate’s recent efforts and future plans, supporting Black-owned businesses, learning from thought leaders or donating or volunteering with organizations that support equity and social justice.
